Hi, I’m a writer, first-generation Ukrainian-American, and only child with an overactive imagination.

I’m remote-friendly, meaning I can meet via email, phone, video call, carrier pigeon, or in-person if the location is desirable enough. I like all coffeeshops.

After a background in acting and dance led to NYC, then a need to pay the bills, I fell into the financial-technology sector. A quick escape followed to the world of DC diplomacy and consulting, where my work included navigating organizations through change, writing for executive leaders, and leading strategic communications, public relations, marketing, and content creation efforts. …over time, I have itched back to creative roots while growing fascinated with observing emotion, memory, and connection. My fictional short stories are an attempt to delve into these themes while providing an outlet for a whimsical brain.

Platforms featuring my work include Vocal Media, where I strung words together decently enough to win a few awards, and the meditation app, Happy Not Perfect. I have also worked collaboratively to adapt plays, write scripts, and, otherwise, produce something out of nothing, believing the writer and entrepreneur are two sides of the same coin. With the encouragement of the Iowa Writers’ Workshop, I am currently also exploring long-form, as well as the eventual landing of representation and a publisher.
